Available in July, CougarQ, a new online wait system, will eliminate the need for Collin College students to stand in lengthy physical lines. CougarQ creates virtual lines and alerts students when it’s time for their appointment.
Students who need to see an advisor, check on financial aid or turn in a transcript can maximize time, doing other activities while they wait instead of standing in long lines.
The system involves three simple steps.
Step 1: Sign-up virtually through a phone, computer or designated kiosk.
Step 2: Maximize your time. Grab a meal, study or hang out with friends while you wait.
Step 3: CougarQ will send you a message when it’s your time to speak with a staff member.
