A new campus in Wylie and educational centers in Celina and Farmersville have been approved by the Collin College Board of Trustees in conjunction with the district’s master plan for the next five years.

The Wylie campus is scheduled to open in 2020 with a capacity of 7,500 students, while the Celina and Farmersville centers will serve about 1,500 and 750 students respectively. In addition, a Public Safety Training Center is planned in cooperation with the City of McKinney, which will break ground in fall providing a new home for the college’s police and fire academies along with training facilities for local law enforcement and fire departments.
