September 28, 2018 –Collin Theatre Center’s 2018-2019 performance season begins with “House of Home,” Oct. 9-14 in Collin College’s John Anthony Theatre.
Written by Bekah Brunstetter, screenwriter of the Emmy winning television series “This is Us,” the play was inspired by a true story. It focuses on a small southern town forced to examine itself after a shocking tragedy, when the townspeople must look to their faith and sense of community to carry on.
“House of Home” was developed with the non-equity fellowship actors at the Williamstown Theater Festival in Summer 2010.
