Collin College Presents Sixth Annual Entrepreneurs’ Evening

April 03, 2019- Calling all area entrepreneurs. Collin College is hosting the sixth annual Entrepreneurs’ Evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25 at the college’s Plano Campus Living Legends Conference Center, Room A-B, 2800 E. Spring Creek Pkwy.

The event is free and open to the public, but table reservations are limited. Businesses are encouraged to reserve tables now to ensure that their entire teams can participate. The Entrepreneurs’ Evening is designed to offer business owners, community members and students the opportunity to network with fellow entrepreneurs in a relaxed, come-and-go setting. This event is the perfect setting for those who are considering starting a business or want to know how businesses operate. Attire is casual, and attendees are encouraged to bring business cards, flyers and brochures.

“Each business owner who takes part in the Entrepreneurs’ Evening is unique, but each one shares the same enthusiasm for transitioning an idea or an interest into a business,” said Gloria Cockerell, Collin College marketing program discipline lead. “We are excited to help that transition with this event which brings business owners and other entrepreneurs together in a comfortable setting to exchange useful information.”

For general information or to reserve a table, contact Julie Turnbow at jturnbow@collin.edu. Be sure to put “E Evening” in the subject line. In the body of the e-mail, include a contact name, phone number, business name, the industry the business is part of, a business website and whether you are interested in reserving a table or half table, displaying business cards or simply attending.
