ILEA is a premier provider of professional education to the law enforcement community. Since 1957, ILEA has provided courses, seminars, and workshops for police and sheriffs’ agencies both nationally and internationally.

“I had the pleasure of attending the 107th School of Police Supervision where I served as class president,” Donaldson said. “The curriculum and course structure were invaluable to me as I progressed forward in my career. I continue to use the knowledge I gained during the course and am honored to pass it along as an ILEA faculty member.”

Donaldson currently serves as chairman of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Curriculum Committee and the Irving ISD Department of Homeland Security Advisory Board. He also serves on the Leadership North Texas Alumni Curriculum Committee and the International Association of Chiefs of Police Torch Run Committee. In addition, he serves as a regional representative for the National Criminal Justice Association (West Region).
