Dec. 11, 2020 – Collin College’s new Urban Sustainable Agriculture program will offer virtual information sessions in December 2020 and January 2021. The information sessions will occur on the following dates and times.
- 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020
- 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020
- 4-5 p.m. on Tuesday Jan. 5, 2021
- 4-5 p.m. on Thursday Jan. 7, 2021
- 4-5 p.m. on Tuesday Jan. 12, 2021
Students in the Urban Sustainable Agriculture program will gain a behind-the-scenes comprehension of the farm-to-table concept and learn vertical farming, beekeeping, animal science, hydroponics, small farm operations, and much more. Professors who are industry experts will provide hands-on experiences for students taking these classes at the Wylie Campus.
