BLUEBONNET CAMPUS

Bluebonnets planted by Collin College alumni, friends and trustees will bloom district-wide just in time for the college’s 30th anniversary. The royal blue blossom, recently named the college’s official flower, matches the school’s colors perfectly.

Ceremoniously beginning with its first-built campus, Central Park, “The Pride,” Collin College’s alumni association, along with faculty, staff and invested community members, gathered on the morning of Aug. 23 to distribute seeds. They started with the front of the campus library, soon to be renamed “Bluebonnet Circle.”
