Collin Theatre Center Explores Tough Questions with “Baltimore”

April 15, 2019 – A racially-charged incident and a college campus’s response set the stage for an exploration of fraught cultural dynamics in “Baltimore,” presented by the Collin Theatre Center, May 2-12 in the Black Box Theatre of Collin College’s Plano Campus. Tickets are on sale now.

“Baltimore” revolves around Shelby, a resident advisor who finds herself in the middle of a conversation she does not want to have, with pressure to address a controversy as tension mounts from residents, the new dean and her best friend. Shelby must decide if she will enter the fray or watch her community burst at the seams.
