Collin College Screens “Be The One” Film

Oct. 25, 2018- Free and open to the public, Collin College will screen “Be The One,” a film which addresses human trafficking, at three different campuses in November. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the screening, and a panel discussion will be held following the film.

Created by the Texas State Attorney General’s Office, the film features interviews with human trafficking victims as well as individuals such as neighbors and law enforcement officers who help stop it. The film was designed as a powerful training piece to mobilize all Texans to “Be the One” in the fight against human trafficking.

  • Thursday, Nov. 8 from 4-6 p.m. McKinney Campus Conference Center, 2400 Community Ave

     

  • Wednesday, Nov. 28 from 6-8 p.m. Frisco Campus Conference Center, 9700 Wade Blvd.

     

  • Thursday, Nov. 29 from 6-8 p.m. Plano Campus Living Legends Conference Center, 2800 East Spring Creek Parkway

Pizza and drinks will be served at the events on all three campuses.
