Visit the Camino de Santiago with Passport to the World

Oct. 15, 2019 – Visit the Camino de Santiago in Spain with Collin College’s next Passport to the World lecture at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29 in Living Legends Conference Center at the Plano Campus (Spring Creek) in Plano.

Free and open to the public, the event offers participants the opportunity to learn about different parts of the world and is part of Collin College’s year-long 35th anniversary celebration. Join Associate Dean of Academic Affairs Allison Venuto as she takes a walk on the Camino de Santiago and discusses a series of ancient European paths leading to a stunning cathedral in Santiago, Spain.

Passport to the World is a free event series led by Collin College faculty and staff members who travel to a variety of global locations and share their newly acquired knowledge about the local history, different cultures, art forms, architecture, religions, political systems, and more.
