Collin College started the new fall semester with two new sites, the Technical and Wylie campuses.
The college will host special open house events for the public at each campus featuring guided and self-directed tours. Light snacks will be offered while supplies last.
The first open house event will be from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12 at the Technical Campus located in Allen. The campus offers programs related to automotive, construction, electronics, HVAC, health care, welding, and more. Tours will include the state-of-the-art learning labs as well as the Hilti Tool Room, stocked with hundreds of power tools available to students.
The second open house event will be from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26 at the Wylie Campus. This campus offers a comprehensive higher education experience in three beautiful buildings: the student center with an attached spacious conference center, library, and campus commons. Tours begin at the campus commons welcome center.
Per current guidelines, face masks are required, and guests should practice social distancing.
