Sept. 17, 2020 – Discover comprehensive higher education opportunities at Collin College’s Wylie Campus open house Saturday, Sept 26 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Located at 391 Country Club Road, this beautiful, tree lined campus offers a wide variety of classes. Students can transfer credit hours toward bachelor’s degrees or earn associate degrees or workforce program certificates that provide the training they need for employment.
With three main buildings–the student center, campus commons, and library–this new campus offers a Barnes & Noble bookstore, Mama Lucido’s café, Starbuck’s bar, and a large conference center with breakout classrooms.
Enjoy panoramic views from outdoor decks, and visit the CougarFit fitness center, art studios, state-of-the-art science labs, music practice rooms with Steinway products, and the retro game room with classic video games.
Check out the career center and the one-stop center for enrollment, admissions, advising, and financial aid assistance. Don’t miss the veterans resource center, honors institute, and the Anthony Peterson Center for Academic Assistance which includes a math lab, writing center, and a science den.
The Wylie Campus open house begins at the welcome center in the campus commons building and offers guided and self-directed tours. Light snacks will be available while supplies last. Per current guidelines, face masks are required, and guests should practice social distancing.
