Collin Corporate College Webinar Addresses Legal Landmines for Businesses

April 28, 2021 – Collin Corporate College will host attorney Steve Watten of Clark Hill Law Firm during its May webinar series titled “Legal Landmines for Business.”

Watten will provide insight into the top five issues overlooked by business owners during a launch. The webinar will then delve into ways businesses can have a preemptive plan to mitigate litigation by identifying potential landmines and then creating a business plan or strategy to avoid them.

Specializing in the analysis, structuring, and closing of transactions, Watten will raise awareness of potential pitfalls businesses can avoid and then discuss the best strategies to prevent litigation exposure.
