Collin College Announces Leadership Appointments

Feb. 06, 2019-Collin College recently approved the following leadership appointments.

 

Kim Davison, Chief of Staff at Collin College
Kim Davison has been appointed chief of staff. Davison was one of the first Collin College employees and served the college as director of Personnel Services in 1985. Her longstanding Collin College career includes many titles. Most recently she served as senior vice president of organizational effectiveness. Davison holds a B.S.Ed. in secondary education from Baylor University and an M.S. in labor and industrial relations from the University of North Texas.
Mike Dickson, Chief Innovation Officer at Collin College
Michael Dickson has been appointed chief innovation officer. He served Collin College as a consultant from 2016-2019. In addition to serving as a technology consultant, Dickson served Western Illinois University in several positions including founder and executive director of the Center for the Application of Information Technologies (CAIT), director of University Technologies (U-Tech), special assistant to the president for technology, and vice president for technology (CIO). He holds a B.A. in education from Western Illinois University and an instructional software engineering certification from the University of Strasbourg.
Dr. Toni Jenkins, Senior Vice President of Campus Operations at Collin College

Dr. Toni Jenkins has been appointed senior vice president of campus operations. Most recently, Jenkins served as a consultant for the college from March 2017-Dec. 2018. Jenkins was one of the first Collin College employees and served as director of admissions and student recruiting in 1985. Prior to her retirement in 2011, she served the college in several roles including executive vice president and vice president and provost. Jenkins holds an Ed.D. in supervision curriculum and instruction in higher education from Texas A&M-Commerce, an M.S. in interdisciplinary studies: educational facilities management from the University of North Texas and a B.S. in sociology from Arizona State University.
